The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. This is not a luxury spa, but it does not intend to be and has everything you want for a cosy, comfortable stay in the middle of wonderful nature. One aspect that was more amusing than disturbing: almost active-aggressive, humorous (rather than passive-aggressive) signs for driving the message home that you as a guest have to keep the campsite clean.
