Although there are major refurbishment works going on at the hotel it did not impact our stay. The room was spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was very good withots of choice.The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was brilliant with lovely cafes and bars right on the door step. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Very uncomfortable sofa and beds. Hosekeeping a bit to early in the morning. Breakfast is until 10.00 AM. Houskeeping knocking at the door at 08.15. One day they did mot return and we did not get clean towles and refill of toilet paper. Location is fantastic. Just between the city centre and train station. Also a very quiet area. Good food and service in the restaurant.

A well appointed apartment within walking distance of central Ghent. There were lots of cooking utensils for self catering and the kitchen and living area were spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and modern.

Room was very clean and nice. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Shower and bath were lovely. Location was good to the train station and trams. Was about a 15 minute tram ride to main part of town. Staff did our laundry for reasonable price and had it all folded and lovely when handed back. I was going to a camping festival and they let us store our big luggage there until we came back a few days later which was a great help.
