Fred and his wife are fantastic hosts, they make you feel very welcome and all the staff in the bar are lovely also! The cabins are much bigger than expected, comfortable, clean and warm. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom has an amazing rainfall shower. Short and comfortable drive to Kilkenny city too which is a big plus, we will absolutely be back again!

We chose this place as the last stop on a three week road trip around the perimeter of the country. It could not have been a more perfect place to stay. It was very comfortable and the hostess was super. We had great accommodations and excellent breakfasts and on our last morning, the hostess brought us some fresh honeycomb from her own bees which was very special.
