The guesthouse was excellent the owners kept it very clean, lovely swimming pool very quiet but only 2 minutes from blu port shopping mall and close to beach.Natter the receptionist very helpful.

The air conditioning and wi-fi are fantastic. the beds were fairly comfortable, most beds in south east Asia are very hard anyway. Bathrooms were very clean, although no hot water, but we didn’t need it. Shampoo and body wash is provided, social area outside for smoking is really sweet, and there is plenty of 7/11 and food stalls, there is also a beach but not the one 5 minutes from the property, if you walk 20 minutes to the left of the property ( if your facing it) there is a huge beach.

The location it very good near the beach close to many restaurants. The room it very clean comfortable bed. And the most beautiful things is was the owner he very kind and gentle

Everything about this place is just perfect. It's away from the buzy Hua Hin center and is very nearby a quite beach. Perfect for a morning walk. Also a plus: - the staff was so friendly! - I have never slept in a bed SO comfy - breakfast (must try the strawberry jam!) - a big swimming pool (50-60m lenght) - shuttle bus several times a day to Hua Hin - food in the hotel is very nice as well and not expensive - very clean - ...

Location was amazing! Literally in the centre of everything, so close to all bars and restaurants, the beach, the night markets. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was great and the slide was a very fun addition to the pool.

Highly recommended!! The room was very warm, very clean, very quiet, I stayed an extra night. Not far from the night market and the beach, lots of bars downstairs. The owner is very friendly and warm. On Monday, the restaurant was closed and the owner brought breakfast to my room, because I got up late 😭, the owner is so warm. Leave very want to give the boss a hug 🥹, next time will come.

Staff all very attentive and helpful. Hotel quiet but in good location , only 10 minutes walk to beach bars and restaurants. Very clean and pool very nice.

Great location, spacious self-catering accommodation which is within easy walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. The property has a lovely private pool as well as wi-fi and a pool table. Good for a large family or group of friends as there are 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms that have hot water. One downstairs bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower as well as a 2nd separate toilet and shower (these only have cold water). All rooms are equipped with aircon.
