The lady at the reception was super friendly and tried to help well. The capsules look modern and I think they are not so small (this was my first time I tried a capsule hotel). The bathroom is shared, there is also a kitchen with free tea. there are lockers for every guest and everything looks quite futuristic and modern. I stayed only for one night (just to sleep).
