There was a maintenance issue in my room which was taken care of promptly and professionally. Siya, Bobby and the team went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel twice, and on both occasions it has been wonderful. From the friendly concierge to the chef, cleaning staff - they are all great. We cannot wait to return!
