The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English, which is still quite rare in Shenzhen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you come for sightseeing with most attractions parks at walking distance, and pleasant places worth to visit nearby (OCT Loft, OCT Bay, Nantou, Shekou...). They have a nice and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

It's very convenient to travel, and there is a car to pick up and drop off to the exhibition center every day. The hotel offers breakfast such as milk, bread, coffee, eggs, etc. I also tried Chinese breakfast a few times and found it good. I really like Chinese food, and Chinese people are very enthusiastic and friendly!

Very conveniently located near the Guangzhou Zoo where we saw the Giant Pandas. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Laundry room free for guests to use which is very useful.

Basic spacious clean room with comfortable king bed. Bathroom was old with no slower enclosure, so the whole floor got wet when you have a shower. Waterproof slippers are provided for you to use on the slippery floor. Convenient free shuttle is provided to take guests to nearby metro station and airport both of which are quite far away.. The reception staff were quite friendly and helpful. It's a good enough budget basic hotel for one night stay to catch a next morning flight. There are no shopping or eating places close by.
