+ Very friendly and helpful staffs + Easy check in +Clean room and big for Japanese standard + Free wifi and carpark + Free coffee available at the lobby
Great location, just a short walk from Kumamoto Castle as well as the tram line that takes you directly to Kumamoto station. Lots of shopping and restaurants also very close by. Room was a bit small even by Japanese standards, but still very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. 7-11 connected directly to main entrance and protected from the weather - easy access for a snack or drink!
Big, traditional Japanese room. Our room had a private onsen - very convenient in the cold weather!
The location is within walkable distance from Kumamoto Castle and main shopping streets. There is a convenient store on the ground floor. The room is well-partitioned. The bathroom is separated from the toilet. The bathtub is very large and air conditioner can work in winter -- being different from most hotels in Japan. All necessary amenties are provided. The breakfast is superb with various Japanese-style chioces. Staffs are English-speaking, friendly, and supportive.
Location is convenient with easy walking from Kagoshima Chuo station. The hotel is slightly dated but clean. Room is spacious. Staff is friendly and they even have simple udon as supper which is a surprise. Price is also very reasonable and great value for money
Convenient location and staff are very friendly. Nice onsen bath too
1. Breakfast is awesome, lots of varieties, good qualities and good services too. It would be great if there can be few changes as we have stayed there for 4 nights, but everything's the same every morning. 2. The female front receptionists are very friendly and helpful. 3. very clean and convenient
A beautiful Japanese style ryokan with fantastic meals. love the quiet and leafy neighbourhood and the private onsen in our room. Facility is maintained well and clean. Staff are friendly and professional.
Conveniently located. Close to Hakata station. Offered free umbrella to borrow when we were caught with a sudden heavy rain. Front staff was very friendly. Also has complimentary coffee (could have a line and encountered some rude customers) and wine (reportedly one drink per stay and you will be offered with a voucher to enter the meal area to grab a glass, which we opted to skip). Not bad as a budget stay option.
The property is in an old Showa house that gives a nice Japanese experience. All necessary facilities are provided and it’s convenient to cook as well. Barbara, the property manager, is very friendly and helpful, who shared lots of suggestions where to visit and also tips getting around the island.
