Friendly staff , smiley face at all times to welcome you. Especially the security staff are always caring to ensure you have good day and very helpful. Breakfast is authentic and fresh . Good location closed to LEGOland , safety and well maintained. My children loving the bunk bed with TV, feels like home. Utmost importantly, universal charger and usb port . Highly recommended.

Excellent Service, Cleaning is like 5 star hotel, value for money. Good place for family stay. Staff is very friendly, provide immediate service. I would say it is the best Budget Hotel. This experience has changed my views about budget hotel. During my visit in December I was staying in a 4 star hotel in JB but due to some reasons I had to cancel my hotel stay with that hotel and I booked the Milan Hotel. Milan Hotel is exceptional as Budget Hotel.

The staff are competent and friendly. The hotel location is near Danga Bay facilities. The room is suitable for couples who wants to have a short stay at the hotel. Good to see a vending machine providing hot and cold drinks in the hotel lobby. The hotel provides parking facilities if you are driving.

Friendly staff, Cheap Rate and New Hotel

We love that the room was big and spacious. The price was affordable too. Bento breakfast was cheap and worth it too. Overall, it was tidy. We love the amenities the room had as well. We could rinse and dry the swimming costumes easily after a swim. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy and safe. Location was 30mins away from malls like Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen and Midvalley by car.

The SKS Pavilion is near to CIQ. Super convenient..there are many car wash shop, burgers , roti canai..near to pump-stations n money changer.. The security guards are friendly and helpfull. The aircon fans lights are good . The swimming and gym as well the indoor exercise are well kept Nearby to pasar karat, jepon ikan bakar..good seafood cheap also.i love this plc as it is away fr busy traffic.i give 5star hotel rate.👍👍👍👍👍will come back if we visit JB again.🇸🇬🇸🇬
