The location in the city center is very convenient. The host is cheerful, friendly and very supportive. He rented me a motorbike and a tour guide took us to explore the highlands of Ha Giang

Good location, friendly people there and some english is spoken. Rented a motorbike from them - was nice, brand new (850km done), with no problem renting and returning after 5 days. They provide garage for parking. BUT - this place rather than hostel is "Ha Giang loop tour factory". Rooms ware spacious, bunk bed has courtain for some privacy, night light and electric socket, some locker available. Towel also. Wifi OK

The staff were friendly and helpful, very quick laundry service. Breakfast was good, the hotel was convenient for us because we were starting the Ha Giang loop with their company the following day. Location was good, there were a few good restaurants within walking distance. The shower was nice and hot consistently.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are so spacious!!! Great beds that will give you enough rest for the Ha Giang Loop. The hostel is conveniently located right next to the bus station. Breakfast is delicious, they offer laundry and tours as well but the best part is the people working there. So friendly and helpful, they really try their best to make the best experience.

Really great for budget accomodation. The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy and the room clean. A little small but it didn’t bother us because it was only 1 night and had everything we needed. Restaurants within walking distance and the breakfast of a Bahn mi was delicious.

Easy going - pick up after the nightbus was for free. Everything well organised by Beam (manager hostel) taxi was on time. Clean - friendly staff - good food and cheap! Had a great time and Ha Giang Loop without police control - Tien is the best guide with Tom being super nice as well 😉

The driver is funny and careful, and he knows the best routes and spots. The hostel is also clean and comfortable, and it has a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay at this hostel.

The location was convenient as it was very close to the bus station. There are shops just across the road as well if you need anything. For the cheap price, the facilities were good and they have everything you need, such as bedlights and power outlets. The food they served was also excellent. Definitely recommend people to stay here.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Free and good breakfast. All in all very cheap price for a comfortable stay.
