Great hotel in Sapa with very convenient location, close to plenty of good restaurants nearby (such as Little Sapa, our personal favourite), not to mention the nice cafe the hotel has themselves on the rooftop with an incredible view. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options and the staff were very friendly. We received a beautiful bag for free upon our check-out as a nice souvenir of our trip :)

The staff were fantastic. Really friendly and knowledgeable. When you stay here, book everything through the hostel, as they give the best prices, and give you lots of advice. Cannot thank the host enough for his recommendations, and kindness. Renting scooters through the hostel is also cheap, with good quality.

Good water pressure in the showers, great hair dryers, friendly staff, close to the town but far away enough to be quiet, cheap motorbikes to rent, cheap meals (and plentiful) to buy, comfortable beds, decent privacy, good price.

The view from our room overlooked the lake, mountains and town. The room was large and comfy and the bathroom was great too. The walk into town was very convenient, down some steps near the Hotel and you were there, but it was nice to be out of the way a bit as it was very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The best place we stayed in Vietnam in 7 weeks so far. The staff is amazingly warm, friendly and helpful. They helped us book the most complicated routes, talked to taxi drivers on the phone for half an hour to bring us to the right spot, mailed items we have forgotten to our next destination and did pretty much everything right so that we felt like home away from home. It is not the cheapest place but worth every dong. I will definitely try to come back.

Everything is great! Location too, located near middle of city. Room was so big, clean and full of facilities. breakfast is also included in a very cheap price. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Good location, budget friendly, were kind enough to let us check in early, friendly staff, room in a great position for view, comfortable bed.

Mike at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. They give you a cup of tea when you check in too. Beautiful old building that has been recently converted to a hostel. The dorms are very comfortable. They are capsule-style. Each unit has two reading lamps and plenty of electrical outlets, and a privacy curtain of course. The price is amazing! They can arrange all your travels at the front desk and they have a restaurant too. Showers are clean and spacious.

Tucked away/more quiet but still only 5 mins walk to city centre. Staff were super friendly and room had everything I needed (including a nice view!). Convenient stores and local restaurants nearby. Also did laundry which was cheap and quick!

It is convenient if you want to stay in town on a budget. Friendly staff.
