The tree house accommodations were so beautiful and serene. There was a pond with a water fountain which made for great white noise to sleep to, along with the nature sounds of the jungle. The breakfast available for purchase was delicious - a big menu with something for everyone. The staff helped arrange a tour to the ATM cave, with transportation included. I would recommend Vanilla Hills Lodge if you're considering staying in the San Ignacio area! We had a rental care to get around the area which I recommend, but also met people who had all transportation coordinated by the lodge and they were also very pleased.

We couldn’t rate Sweet Songs highly enough! Everything was fantastic. First off the location is beautiful. Yes, it’s off a long and quite bumpy road but it’s totally worth it. The scenery and wildlife are incredible! It feels so peaceful within the Lodge. We stayed in a Casita which was also lovely. They had even laid out little petals across the bed when we arrived and we were given a welcome drink too. The food was also fantastic. Great options for breakfast and lunch, the dinner menu changed daily and they made great cocktails too. We saw no need to venture out of the Lodge as it had everything we needed food and drinks wise! Most importantly the staff were all so wonderful - they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and went out of their way to help you, but in a relaxed and friendly manner. We can’t wait to come back here!

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed an on-premises bird walk (added 50 species to my life list!), relaxing by and canoeing on the river, the great and convenient restaurant with different meals every day. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The area nearby was fun to explore, although we didn't want to leave Table Rock. Looking forward to returning one day.

It’s very clean and they provide a free breakfast and freshly brewed coffee every morning. The ladies who run the hotel are exceptionally kind and helpful. They were amazing to us when our shuttle didn’t arrive to take us to Flores. They organised a new shuttle at really short notice after having no luck trying to get any sense from the original company we had booked with. They really care about their guests and are lovely people.

Nice to have a communal kitchen to cook in and there is a big supermarket very close to the hostal. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor chill areas. The hostal is a little out of the town which was nice as the area was calm.

Staff is very kind and supportive! Trips (e.g. ATM cave) and shuttles available. Kitchen with lots of equipment as well as nice in- and outdoor relaxing areas. Having a restaurant/bar available was very convenient and allowed less traveling back and forth to the city for food and beverages. The food was quite delicious too. Pool available 24/7 to guests.
