I spent 1 week in this apt, with a group of friends. The apt had everything we needed (3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), even the kitchen was very well equipped, including small items like coffee, salt, etc. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We also had 1 parking spot directly at the door of the house/balcony, which was super convenient, plus another spots could be purchased for little money, which is very valuable in Grachen. If you need something, the shops/restaurants are reachable by a short walk.

great location, very well kept house, unique concept and cut off from the world cool concept of sleeping in a bunk, doing things like cutting wood on your own, and very raw, yet extremely beautiful. no WI-FI so you have to enjoy peace and calm super nice hosts who did small things to make it perfect saw deers and some other animals around the chalet in the morning and evening scenic views

The house is super prepared for families and kids, it's comfortable, clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains and close to the Gondola for the ski station of Grachen (10/15 min walk) with locker included. Isabelle the host was super nice and attentive. 100% recommend it.

Literally 200m down the road from the town centre (no uphill! :) ) The neighbour was the kindest person, and popped by the front door every day with a different gift from his garden: fresh eggs and then honey! The apartment is well equipped and it takes around 10min walking to village centre (or 0 min if you want to adventure yourself in some hiking trails).
