The resort was very secure with gated access. It was peaceful. Our chalet was spotlessly clean and well equipped There was a welcome pack that included a bottle of bubbly, a bottle of red wine, a large bowl of fresh fruit, and a box of biscuits. The welcome itself was very warm. May is a treasure. After we checked out our taxi failed to arrive, May chased it up, and it took so long that she was going to take us herself to the airport

Apartment is located in a residential complex with a nice, clean swimming pool. There is a well equipped and very affordable supermarket just under the building. Also the main bus station is located only 5 min by foot and the Los Cristianos beach approx. 15 min by foot. Apartment was clean and pretty, with good wifi connection and many local channels in TV. Also fully equipped - towels, spices, first aid kit, cloths, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, it really had everything. The owner, Nicolas, was super friendly and replied fast to our questions.

We stayed there for 3 nights and had a lovely time! Raffaella was the perfect host, really friendly, helpful with recommendations and she even welcomed us with fresh eggs from her chickens and maracujas from her garden. The Mini Casa is really cute, the place has everything you need and the bed was really comfortable!

Beautiful large house with a superb mountain and city view. Big area around the house with a nice small garden and a very friendly neighbour Andy, who helped us during our stay. As a note - this is a village place and you can expect some chicken screams and dog barks early in the morning. You definitely need a car if you would like to visit the sea side or other famous places around Tenerife.

A lot of storage - two cabinets with hangers and compartments. Wi-Fi internet connection was really good - we both used it for work (Zoom calls, slack, outlook etc) and it worked really well. Parking was good as well.

Its sister hotel is right beside it and you get the luxury of using their facilities too which if you look up the prices for there is a hell of a lot more. Right on the beach. All inclusive was a dream we had drinks buy the pool most days. The also have a hut right on the beach which is also included in the all inclusive. They are currently booked out for the dates we want next year and we are very sad about that. If you have a chance of going here definitely do it.LeighanneYoung couple

Cute touches like nuts, crisps and jelly’s with every drink. Food was epic, great value of you get more than 3/4 buffets. Location is good, it’s just the hill omg. The hill in the heat!!! Maybe a little shuttle service up and down the hill would be good. But honestly. We have been back twice now and we have also been to Malaga one. Vincci hotels are elite. I believe a shuttle to the beach is offered. our room was delightful with a terrace and hot tub. staff were always friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast offers a huge selection! the gym is small but adequate, and I really enjoyed daily yoga class with Francesca.JudithYoung couple
