The house was clean, tidy, well presented and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The person I was messaging with was very quick at replying and couldn't have been more helpful The view out on the lake from the back of the house was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook next time we come to the area. Thank you for a great stay

Very nice hotel with a lovely owner/hostess. Our room was spacious with two comfortable chairs, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable too, and there was parking space for several cars in front of the lodge. You can make tea and coffee (provided by the hostess) with an electric kettle in the room, and there's also a mini-fridge. We had a very nice stay here.

the apartment was very modern, and spacious, we knew that this was a lovely place because we started thinking about how we could renovate our own home with the same style and lighting, the Host was excellent in terms of communication, we had asked if we could check in slightly earlier and he done his utmost best to make that happen, so we are thankful. also was a perfect location 5min drive away from the centre of Birmingham, and takeaway and off licence shops open locally until 3am in the morning.

Sutton Park is clean, and it's a nice place to stay for leisure. Anytime I visit Birmingham, I will continue to use the lodge; it looks good and clean.
