Cooks cabin was exceptional. I loved all of the rooms and the layout was great. The location was perfect, and only a few minutes walk from everything. The hosts were superb. I honestly have zero complaints, and I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

They'd met us for check in to go over everything and supplied breakfast essentials and Christmas treats which was very kind. Free off road parking and secure gate/shutter, building and apartment doors. Modern and well kitted out apartment, nice view from the lounge area. Well functioning, for example great water pressure and heating with no hassle (combi boiler and easy to use thermostat).

There is an issue with the drainage in the shower, luckily i had the door shut to the shower room otherwise it would have gone to the carpet, i used all the towels to soak water, it took 10 minutes for the water from my shower to go down, i had a quick shower. This is not acceptable. I need a partial refund of some sort. or a voucher for another stay?AnitaFamily with young children

The shop on site is stocked well reasonably priced staff frieand very very helpful. The information leaflet was informative and the map was helpful you need a car to visit met some lovely people so close to the beach we are considering coming back but in a lodge

Breakfast taken in Bistro Pierre, which it faces, across a lawn was truly exceptional. The room was contemporarily furnished, yet full of historical features, the window shutters and cast iron fireplace being the highlights.
