Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The views were to die for! Absolutely incredible, looking over the Tay to Carnoustie and beyond, magical. We really enjoyed the coastal path, walking into St Andrews (about 45 minutes) was a real pleasure. The cabin was very clean, very modern, very well insulated and very well laid out. We liked the plywood ceiling and walls, and loved the under-floor heating. We parked the car at the top of the steps, so only had to walk about 15 m. to get to the cabin. It was exactly what we wanted (except for the cooking facilities!).

We loved everything about this cosy little cabin. It's a beautifully conceived and well thought out eco-friendly retreat - back to nature in comfort & style! Couldn't have asked for more, thoroughly enjoyed our stay & really didn't want to leave. Also set in a fantastic location, with a super cafe which has very friendly staff.

The hotel was very central. The kinnetles wellness centre was nice and private ,very clean . The only downfall was that the steam room was out of action. The staff in the wellness centre were lovely. Reception staff on arrival - the girl was very pleasant and very welcoming. The restaurant was shut for refurbishment . Great location and parking is close to the hotel . Pubs and restaurant all close by.
