The communication with the host was exceptional, very easy to follow their instructions and with quick responses to any query. The lodge was very clean and tidy with lots of lovely touches to make it feel home from home. When we got into bed the first night the bed sheets smelt of lovely washing powder. All the little bits and pieces we sometimes forget were already there, bath mats, kitchen foil, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets etc. When we arrived they had very kindly left us a little hamper with bread, cereal and pastries, also milk in the fridge. You could tell that thought and care had been put into this stay by the host.

The room was on the ground floor and very clean. There were internal wooden shutters across the window which blocked out any noise from the road. No noise from train line at all. There was a mini fridge in the room with fresh milk for a brew. Comfortable proper double bed with 4 pillows. Breakfast; crispy bacon and pancakes beautifully presented. Pot of proper tea. Lovely hosts. Able to park earlier than anticipated.

The breakfast food was delicious and the staff were attentive and professional. I loved swimming in the Aztec Pool. My grandchildren enjoyed the 10 pin bowling, playing Air Hockey in the Aztec Games Area, and being in the soft play area. I also liked the variety of children's gifts that were displayed in glass cabinets at the hotels that were not too expensive.

Breakfast was amazing and enjoyed in the Dinning Room with so many lovely features. Compliments to Donna the chef , Mark for his newly acquired skills attention to detail providing breakfast service. The continental breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean. The room was cute and quirky. The B&B was affordable. Good location and walking distance to the beach. Small local car park with a 1 minute walk and only £8.50 for 24hours. The beach hut was an added bonus.
