Ningle Terrace and the snow play/toboganning areas were wonderful; loved the husky dog sledding also. Store in the lobby was well-stocked and the food options were great, well catered for young children. Loved the convenience of the bus shuttle into town and also the coin laundry. Very clean and cosy. Would definitely stay there again. Have recommended to all our friends.

They were especially helpful with advice on transport, organising luggage transfer via Yamato, and just general advice about the town. We stayed in a family room (just 2 people) - we were in 2 separate beds but it was a big room and very comfortable. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off to the main train station at whatever time you need, and only a 5min walk to the gondola!

The wooden interior made the room feel very comfy. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning and see the hill from the window. There has been a lot of attention to detail in the practical set up of the room, and there is ample space to store snow boards/skis and gear. Mr. Shinojima is a lovely host, and drove us to the train station on our last day.CaraAustralia
