Fantastic property and amazing staff with wonderful service. Delicious Malaysian breakfast too! The hill is steep, but they are very clear about that from the beginning before you even book. Views from breakfast are worth the climb. 🥰

Overall, we had an amazing time there. Very Clean rooms. Location-wise, the chalet was just a few steps away from the beach and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The chalet has a lot of potentials. Maybe can improve the interior (as simple as standardise the bedsheets and curtains), and exterior - paint it with bright colours so it looks lively. Just my two cents :)

We really appreciated the "mosquito man" that came around at dusk to replace mozzie repellent, spray the room and close up the shutters. The rooms, restaurants, pools, lobby and paths etc across entire resort are immaculate. The beach at Emerald Bay was kept spotless too. It never felt properly overcrowded, despite being busy (breakfast was a good clue how full the resort was). Uncle Lim's was a highlight. As was sunset/drinks at Chapman's Bar.

Loved the little wooden cabines in the middle of the trees, waking up by the sound of nature. Great to be a bit up the hill to see the sunset, and still very close to the beach. The beds incredibly comfortable, clean. Breakfast is good with variety of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful, they helped us rent a motorbike, get a taxi for the return. All was very good, highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Pangkor!

Din and the other hosts went out of their way to help us with things such as sorting a scooter, even when the island was very busy for a festival. It’s also set back from the Main Street so is nice and quiet for night time. Would definitely recommend.

The wooden huts made a nice difference to concrete walls of a hotel room. We enjoyed the open plan breakfast area. It had a very relaxed vibe. The pool offered a refreshing relief after a walk up the hill. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Mr Chandra went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and that our needs were met. My husband enjoyed the French toast for breakfast 😂
