We stayed 2 nights at this wonderful establishment The gentleman on the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation itself was spacious and to high standard of cleanliness. The hot tub had a few chipped tiles but nothing to worry about or detract from its enjoyment. The pool although small was very welcome on a hot day. We have been touring around the South Island for the last 3 weeks and this was by far the best value for money we had come across, and the friendliest staff. It was minutes away from Hagley Park and very good restaurants. Guests also get 10%off if dining at the Carlton which is near by. Theres good laundry facilities that allowed us to refresh our clothes before more travels. I would definitely recommend this property, its facilities and staff to anyone staying in Christchurch wishing to have good quality, high standards of cleanliness and helpful staff, close to Christchurch centre. Outstanding service and value 🤗👍

The place is near to restaurant, Univ, and shops. It is also near a bus stop which makes everything very convenient. It is about 10mins to city centre by Uber and just barely 5-7minutes to the airport. They are also accommodating since I arrived late. No fuss check in and very easy and convenient. Will stay here again.

Which was a very nice apartment, kitchen and living area all very clean and comfortable as were the beds. Nice views from a higher up room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to the centre with the shops and restaurants that it was an enjoyable walk. They offer a cheaper shuttle bus service to the airport which is helpful if travelling on a budget. But they were also able to order us a taxi. Hotel great.
