I was really satisfied with our stay. First and foremost, location is excellent. In a hilly city like Lisbon, this is quite important fact. You could come to the apartment from different sides and, that way, choose how hilly you wanna go. Also, great location when it comes to public transportation connections; it took us around 40 minutes to come from airport. Every other important siteseeing is in a walking distance. Second, the apartment is quite spacious ; two separate sleeping rooms, really nice. Living room is quite a bonus. To conclude, I really recommend staying in this apartment, it will be enjoyable as much as wonderful Lisbon. P.s. pictures of this apartment here don’t do justice how sweet and cozy is.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Very accessible with wheelchair throughout apartment. The bathroom is accessible too, except the shower which has a higher step in and no shower chair. The heating/cooling AC is very nice and helps with keeping humidity down / drying clothes. Windows are almost soundproof and have wooden shutters and we had no trouble sleeping.

Elegant hotel and room with high ceilings, wooden shutters, quality linen. We even had a small ante room attached with sofa, coat stand and mini bar fridge. Excellent central location to move around from. Staff were friendly, helpful and offered brollies when it showered outside.

Beautiful, spacious apartment that’s full of character. Location at the bottom of Alfama (which must be the best place in Lisbon to stay) was perfect! My room (opposite the bathroom) had wooden shutters that were completely blackout and I didn’t hear any street noise, although my friend in the other room did. The wine bar downstairs is fantastic - we had vino there almost every day.

Very clean and a wonderful bathroom, bed very comfortable. Great attempts (double glazing, wooden internal shutters) to deal with noise from the busy street outside, so that it in fact did not bother us at all.

The size of the rooms were excellent, really enjoyed the chateau feel of the rooms with a separate living room bedroom and bathroom. I also liked the wooden shutters on the inside of the windows so it was easy to shut out all light.

Wooden shutters in the windows reduced most of the noise from the street. Thick curtains. Working addjustable air condition. Comfortable beds. Clean bedroom and bathrooms. No problem with not enough shared bathrooms. Nice people. Good breakfast.

We loved that the rooms were separated from the living room+kitchen by a long corridor, so early risers and late sleepers did not disturb each other. The traditional wooden shutters kept out the heat and light efficiently. Excellent communication before check-in. Public transport and grocery store close by.

Loved the convenience of having a small though well-equipped kitchen. It cut down on costs for meals. The windows were massive and let in tonnes of light. They also had wooden shutters that were excellent for when we needed to have midday nap. I appreciated how attentive staff were to our needs or requests.
