The wood burning stove was great - we used it every night - as was the hot tub. plenty of games to stay busy while in doors: ping pong, foosball, and board games. The location is great, about 20 minutes south of downtown Flagstaff, so it was very peaceful. close enough for convenient driving but far enough to enjoy the outdoors and quiet. the heated floors in the downstairs bathroom were great too.

The rooms where nice and spacious and this was the first hotel to not have a shower curtain but a comfortable shower cabin during our trip. A real plus. The hot breakfast was also a plus. I would definitely consider staying here again.

What I did not like was that the phone wouldn't work to call the front desk. Had to use my cell phone, about the TV volume wouldn't work so couldn't hear. Staff came to adjust it/swap out remote. Then in the evening, TV just shut it self off with a pop up warning it was going to! When I turned it back on, the volume wasn't working again.
