San Josecito Beach is 1.8 km from the lodge. The nearest airport is Drake Bay, 17 km from Kinkajoungalows - Amaya Family, Drake Bay, Osa Peninsula, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. This property is beautiful. I loved how it is right by beach, literally from my bungalow to the beach was a 1 minute walk. The rooms are spacious and clean, I loved the large front porch where you can sit outside and enjoy coffee or read and watch all the wildlife. This place is also run by a native tico family, and they make you feel like you are at home. There is a restaurant and bar on the property with great food and drinks!! You can grab a mojito and chill in the hammocks by the beach to watch the amazing sunsets. A little tip I would say is it bring cash because you will need it for boat rides and it’s better to pay for tours and food with cash to save some money on taxes. The WiFi is not the fastest speed but I was able to work completely fine from it. I would definitely recommend staying here, this place is absolutely gorgeous.

Amazonita Ecolodge is situated in Dos Brazos in the heart of the Jungle, 16 km from Puerto Jimenez. Free private parking is available on site.

All units feature a seating area. Some units have a dining area and/or terrace. There is also a kitchenette in some of the units, equipped with a fridge. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries in each unit. Towels are provided. Absolutely amazing accommodation! It’s incredibly clean and we felt like home immediately. The bungalows at La Leona Eco Lodge have no electricity and are lighted with candles. They have plenty of ventilation and toiletries are provided. The bathrooms can be both shared and private. Everything was just right! Such a gorgeous location & super friendly staff!! It was our second stay & we love being at La Leona & so close to Corcovado.
