General Villamil Beach is a 5-minute walk. The house is originally designed and very nice. The host, Manany, is very helpful and provided useful information about the house, Puerto Villamil, and activities at Isabela. She grows various plants for tea and for treating sunburns, and offers them to guests (we used aloe vera for sunburns). The two bicycles can be used by guests for short trips to the center of the city for shopping or lunch (the center with all the shops and restaurants is about 10-15 min walking distance). The house is located very close (5 min walk) to a nice swimming/snorkeling area Concha de Perla. The view from balconies (with comfortable hammocks) on a mangrove forest is beautiful.

The family that runs it is so nice and welcoming. The food and coffee was amazing and the location is within walking distance from the giant tortoise reserve. The view is wonderful and it feels like a slice of paradise!

The rooms come with bed linen and wardrobe. The bathrooms are private and come with shower. Lovely accommodation, which is nicely located and quiet. Also really small, so it has a personal touch. Julie was caring and interested, we can absolutely recommend it!

Suymar Ecolodge Galapagos is located on the island of Santa Cruz. It is a 10-minute drive from Puerto Ayora and features rustic, colonial-style décor and free WiFi.

The rooms here are spacious and include high vaulted ceilings. Each is equipped with a safety-deposit box and private bathroom with free toiletries. Beautiful property with a very relaxing feel, however the service was 5 star. After 7 nights it felt like home and I did not want to leave.

Each room at this eco-friendly lodge features large windows overlooking the native vegetation found at the property. They are equipped with a wardrobe and a private bathroom. Very warm welcome. We were made to feel at home and enjoyed a really nice breakfast. Being slightly outside the main town (Puerto Ayora) made it feel very tranquil. Lovely green surroundings with beautiful flowers and banana trees!
