Excellent apartment; exceptionally well equipped; great location - easy to walk into Grosseto; very quiet. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Villa San Filippo is a well maintained vintage Tuscany style villa, original interiors are preserved with great care by the host. Salvatore is very welcoming and kind person, we really liked him, he is a artistic soul and created a peacfull paradise just outside Arezzo, this is a good spot with plenty attraction below 1h drive from the villa. Salvatore was also very accomodating to our pet and we loved that.

The property is 300 metres from the city centre and 600 metres from Piazza del Campo. Perfect location- very close to Il Campo and the Duomo. It’s a unique historic building with some lovely features on the inside and out. A little balcony at the back looks over a car park but you can see the Fonte Nuova d’Ovile right at the heart of the she-wolf Contrade. Highly recommend this location.
