The Salty Lodge has a great location, in the middle of this busy little town, but surprisingly quiet at night (especially in the less busy season when we travelled, although it was Easter week). The accommodation was exceptionally clean and the balcony was a fabulous part of our stay at the Salty Lodge (we were in Apartment 4A) - with views out to sea and over the rooves of the old town. We would most certainly stay here again, if we were to visit Lagos, which was also an excellent base for a variety of coastal walks. Lovely staff and a great roof-top 'chill-out' space too.

The lodge offers a continental or vegetarian breakfast. Clean and very beautiful hotel in a quiet and safe vicinity with two absolutely adorable host. Products and food are regional and home made. They helped us planning activities, getting bicycles and taxis. Gluten free diet was no problem at all. Would definitely recommend 100% and come again!

I liked the location which was very close to Almancil and was still very private. I liked the keyless access for bot gate and house. Pool was lovely
