My kids and I were affected by the rains in Dubai and our home was flooded and we needed to evacuate. The staff have been exceptional and kind and very helpful. I had an issue with working an appliance called to reception someone came straight up. The room is modern, clean, and very slick looking. It has exceeded our exceptions. We will be extending our stay until our home and been fully repaired. It’s definitely home away from home for us. I highly recommend staying here.
