Its just that small problem came in the middle of the night for that continuous fire alarm and became slow Internet but overall stay was quiet comfortable. Kempinski Mall of Emirates is a luxurious hotel. I had the Grand Deluxe room on a higher floor. It was very spacious and well designed, with clearly separated 'living room' and 'bedroom' areas. The view from the room was very nice, although it still overlooks the highway (that's just the location; there's nothing you can do about it).
The staff is warm and welcoming. The concierge service is very good. Ahmed provided amazing food spots.
I stayed during the huge flood, and the hotel still operated normally; that's a huge plus, as many hotels broke down.
Being directly connected to the Mall of Emirates is convenient if you need anything.
Overall, you will feel well taken care of during your stay and it's definitely a hotel to recommend.

Mido, Jana, and Hamada (I hope I spelled their names correctly) are truly wonderful people who made my stay even more memorable. They took exceptional care of my parcels that needed to be returned to the courier during my absence. The hospitality provided by the ever-smiling housekeeping staff was absolutely priceless. Additionally, the rooms were impeccably clean. I am thoroughly impressed and will surely visit again. This hotel deserves a ten-star rating!
