The hotel is beautiful, new, clean and fresh, in a nice location but out of the main centre so little around it as yet.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Great service in restaurants and by the pools. The pool and lagoon areas were fabulous - not crowded and lots of sun beds, umbrellas and cabanas. Appreciated the complimentary bottles of water.
The room facilities were good and beds very comfortable. It was quiet day and night.
We had lovely food throughout and enjoyed the Bayside Brunch on Saturday by the lagoon.
Would recommend.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, the attention to detail was perfect. It was like walking into an art gallery. The facilities were nice, the roof top pool and gym were good (slightly smaller than we expected). The people in restaurant were so lovely, we had a wonderful evening meal at the fish restaurant, even the chef came out to say hello. The server we had from breakfast was also very good and attentive, thank you Roberto! The breakfast spread was ample with lots of selection.
