Very spacious room, with big and comfortable bed and balcony. The breakfast was very good (only missing more choice of bread). The restaurant is also very good and the spa area is nice. There is a big supermarket right in front of the hotel.

Hotel is new, very nice staff, and friendly. he location is quiet, without noise and is a great place for families with children, as well as for people who just want to rest in peace. the food is delicious, fresh and every day there was a new menu. the children were treated especially kindly, since they could always order pizza, soup or something else in addition to the food served, without additional payment. the beach is clean and not crowded.

    It is hard to comment objectively as this was low season and much of the restaurants and facilities were closed , but it is obvious there is much more in season. The Durres end of Golem has some excellent hotels and restaurants, so you need to explore a little out of season See Rio Palace restaurant, Dollars Restaurant and FaFa Blue Hotel

    heavily touristic area, hotels extend to the beach, the beach is nice with fine sand. There is a lot of construction here, there are also exchange offices or shops, restaurants. It's more like dead in the off-season.

    It is hard to review Golem as we mostly stayed at the hotel and its close proximity. There is a pathway by the beach which is not too long to walk. The are a few markets in very close proximity to the hotel.

    The apartment was spacey with a sea view and good value for the money. In October it was not overcrowded with the tourists. Weather was warm and sunny during our stay and there was reasonably priced resort restaurants near by. The apartment was clean and the host was very helpful and accommodating whenever we needed him to resolve any issues with the accommodation.

    Golem is the quieter beach down from Durres.

    Golem is the quieter beach down from Durres. This is a touristy destination. It does have lovely bars and restaurants but not the character if yre looking for the idillic beach scene. You have to travel a distance to see any historical places. We used it as a quiet last few days of holiday as its close to airport.

    The best is the location and facilities.

    The best is the location and facilities. It is a very beautiful place, a lot of shows. I only didn´t feel so safe, because people who is not in the hotel can enter and use the swiming pool. My daughter get stolen by another child, who was not in the hotel and those people who are not in the hotel are using the chairs from the swimmingpool and sometimes we didn´t have a spot to sit. Another recomendation is to put more garbage cans, because the beach was full of cigarette butts.

    Beautiful hotel with beautiful ocean views. Location was great as you could walk 20mins in each direction and have a number of restaurants and bars. The deck was large and was very nice to have in the evenings. Beach area was nice. People do start reserving spots early (7am). But the staff do a good job making sure no one takes more space then they should. Each room was entitled to 1 area (2 loungers and 1 umbrella). Left plenty of space and we never had a problem getting a spot on the beach. I felt the value was well worth it.

    The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and had great views of the sea that I'm missing! Good value for money as we stayed for 2 weeks in August. Plenty of nice restaurants, bars and swimming pools nearby. There is a few small supermarkets nearby which were very handy for self-catering. The hosts met us on arrival and went out of there way to helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again one day and explore more of Albania.

    This beautiful hotel is located on the beach in Golem and also has an infinity pool. There is plenty of seating around the pool, and on an outside patio with shade cover or sun. The staff are friendly, helpful and in good humour. Our sea view room was spacious, airy and clean with modern furnishings. Breakfast was delicious, as were other menu items for lunch or dinner. They took good care of us! Highly recommend.

    Breakfast was varied and very tasty. There were plenty of fruits and vegetables. There were also sweets for the children. The location of the hotel is exceptional right next to the beach. We had free deck chairs on the beach. The WiFi signal was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially housewife Linda and her husband. Always ready to meet all your needs.

    The house was a very nice and cosy apartment. A 3 rooms apartment with a very good price. Waited to write this review after I also visited the south Albania and whatever went not well in the Qerret apartment seems like nothing compared to what quality /price of the so acclaimed south Albania offers.

    What we like most is that each room in this hotel has a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast and sitting out during the afternoon. The rooftop area was wonderful. I enjoyed a glass of wine late afternoon with the sunset. Everything is super clean and cozy.
