It is situated near the village's centre. There is a store a few metters away. The rooms were quite comfortable, equiped with own bathroom, one of the rooms had a small fridge. The communication was very fast. The landlord was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommand to taste the homemade food (breakfast or dinner) and the homemade wine and honey. The location is very nice and the stay was one of our best.

The house is modern, very nice. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The guests could use shared kitchen and a large living room. Nice view from the terrace. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous. We were recommended to have dinner at "gastrohouse", which was a great experience. Location is excellent, just a few kilometers from Noravank. Could recommend.

I loved my stay at LiViTi, it is run by the most wonderful family who do everything to make you comfortable and make you feel like you are part of the family. The homemade food and wine is some of the best I experienced all my time in Armenia, and all fresh from the garden / locally sourced. The eldest daughter came to play guitar and sing traditional Armenian songs whilst me and the other guests were enjoying dinner which was a really lovely experience. I would have loved to stay longer here if I had the time, cannot recommend highly enough!

The hosts were extremely nice, they made us feel welcome from the first moment. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The house is beautiful it has an amazing view on their garden and wineyard. We had an amazing dinner for a reasonable price, with home cooked food that was delicious. We also tasted their own wine, pomegranate wine and cognac which tasted incredible. The breakfast was delicious as well. All in all it was a perfect stay and we are thankful for everything. We would definitely come back.

This place is simply amazing and no words to describe the beauty of the location, but also the hospitality of Marine and her family. The food was exceptional and Marine gave us a real taste of Armenian flavours. The house is spacious and comfortable with modern furnitures. It's a gem right at the beginning of a beautiful trail in the mountains. Highly recommended!
