Fantastic location with the best view in the world. New, classy accomodation in a virtually new lodge build on stilts in a pasture. Full kitchen facilities including washing machine and dishwasher. Two toilets one en suite to main double bedroom. Large living / studio space. Double glazed picture windows alternate with pine boarded panels hi ing 360° views. A warm welcome. Great hosts. Good communication. Bought groceries on our behalf and deli ered them to us so that we could make a meal. A second bedroom with two single beds makes it ideal for family. Part of and eco project where a summer camp with aims to introduce young people to sustainable living with a closeness to nature. We walked , painted and relaxed in this beautiful place.

My stay was so amazing last year, I came back and the owner Shura even gave me a free day to stay! love the property - beautiful floors and wallpaper, lovely decorations and plants all around. Absolutely fantastic place! Probably the best place I've stayed in Armenia. The hotel is perfect place to relax in silence and completely "recharge". Picturesque location, fresh herbal scented air, beautiful sunsets. The hotel has really nice interiors, Tufenkian's recognizable style. Very clean. Nice open swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Great staff. Great place for a quiet holiday. We will definitely return!
