As others said, old Soviet sanatorium. However, it is renovated. There were very few people, so we got upgrade. There are many cabinets for different kinds of therapy. You can book the pool all for yourself. A lot of space to park your car.

Armen and his family are fantastic hosts. My bus was late but Armen was in constant contact with me so he could collect me and my bags from the bus station. I was greeted at their home with coffee and ice cream and a very informative chat about Vanadzor. The apartment is great value and very spacious with everything you need. It's very quiet and peaceful at the end of a lane. There is a shop a few minutes walk. I will definitely be back in with Armen and his family in the future when I am in Vanadzor. Armen also gave me a lift to my next place. You will quickly become friends with this family. Thank you Armen!

Lovely place, a huge comfy lounge shared by just 2 rooms. A garage to park my motorbike. Daughter speaks good English, mother speaks some English, father speaks none, but does his best to be helpful.

This is a great apartment in a great location, and with wonderful hosts to look after you. -- The apartment is very clean and comfortable, it also has new appliances: a new fridge, washer and stove top, as well as a new, smart TV.  Actually, it has everything you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay in Vanadzor, including hosts who are a lovely, kind and considerate couple who communicate well and reply promptly.
