The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an emergency medical issue that required an urgent taxi ride and the staff assisted us promptly. They inquired several times over the remainder of our stay to check on us, even offering to extend our stay if necessary. The property was clean and safe. It was close to the transit stop so, although not close to the central area of town, was a very easy ride on the city bus. We will definitely stay at Terrabella again if we return to Mendoza. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and clean.
