A terrible place . Don’t stay here. We saw nobody, the place was closed our entire stay so we had to check ourselves in and out. Really confusing and worrying when you arrive at sunset and have paid up front. The listing lies: No free WiFi No free breakfast No 24/7 open reception Rooms too hot with no individual heating controls Wild dogs roaming around Not suitable for young families like us.

Great for Digital Nomads, as it has a very comfortable and spacious lobby, overlooking the lake and tge mountains with great high-speed internet. Carina and Sandra (the two sisters who own and operate the hotel) are the sweetest women ever and go out of their way to be sure you feel right at home from the minute you arrive...I cannot overstate it, they are so lovely and make the experience at an already nice hotel just that much better. But beyond just the amazing hosts, the setting, the rooms, the breakfast, everything was just perfect!

The hotel is magnificently constructed of wood and granite, and antler lights are atmospheric. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was old but clean and functional. Check in times are convenient as you tend to arrive late driving on Ruta 40. Staff also accommodated for our vegetarian dietary requirement for dinner, which was appreciated especially in Argentina. Beds weren't too bad. Parking available onsite.

It has a spectacular view from all areas of the hotel. The swimming pool and it’s area are a really good place to relax. They will bring you lunch by the pool. If we come back to this area we will stay for longer as it was so relaxing and perfectly placed for excursions.
