Nice hotel but a bit expensive for what it was. The room was standard size, but a bit old-fashioned, without mini-fridge, or electric kettle. Everything was clean. The hairdryer had to be requested from the reception against a 10 euro deposit. The hotel breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was good, nice options (they do not change often). The rooms were clean. We use junior room and we found it spacious with plenty of cupboards to use.

The hotel was unexpectedly great - the staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms are beautiful, the whole atmosphere is lovely. We had a room with balcony and what impressed me is the bathroom was huge and the retro bathtub was a very pleasant touch. The staff was very helpful at every step, the breakfast was lovely, and in general the place is a really impressive experience.

Several low mountains and several more serious mountains to climb.
Definitely will return with our kid to explore the whole area.

The food was fine, meeting the standards of a three-star hotel in the city. However, because the Rudolfshütte is way out of the way, on top of a cable car ride, the offerings are remarkably rich. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
