Beautiful location, next to a small pond and half way up a mountain. Lovely forested walks on the doorstep. Classic, traditional Alpine hotel with loads of character and charm. Friendly and helpful staff. I had the half board option and the evening meal each night was delicious and extremely varied. Fantastic! My bedroom was simply decorated, but the bed extremely comfortable . The water pressure and water temperature in the shower great. My room was extremely quiet. The WiFi generally worked well. Overall a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. All was nice and relaxing, the stuff was very friendly and open. The Food is excellent - Dinner and breakfast. The Spa and pools are new and the rooftop pool has nice view.
