It was a quiet location of the main road with a beautiful view of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.
Mikael was always around somewhere and very helpful and communicative and approached everything in a relaxed manner which gave the experience a nice relaxed tone. I stayed for one night only, but that was a really pleasant experience overall.
The hotel interior is fantastic, there is an interesting ambient all over the place, there is also a beautiful outside garden. Would definitely stay again at BHPKaprun. ✌️👍

The food is amazing there. Also a cozy bar in the evening if you want to sit there and relax. People in the reception were very nice and kind. We had the departure after the reception closing times, so we had a call with one girl - Arina and she let us the keys on the reception so we could go to our room later - thank you very much for the gesture! Very nice rooms. The bus stops really close to the hotel and you are in 10 min aprox. near to the lifts to Kitzsteinhorn. Also you can park close to the hotel. It was also perfekt for dogs. It was no problem to have her in the room.
