He was very informative and very helpful as I didn't speak any German. I was very impressed with how friendly and happy to help me out with a couple of issues I had with the wifi and navigated where to look for things and places to go. I will definitely be coming back as my daughter was getting married whilst I stayed at the Amedia. Surprised as it's a Budget Hotel.SSuzanAustralia
