Great place in quite peaceful village. The rooms were clean and nice. I enjoyed very much my stay at Gasthaust Schachinger. I had also the dinner at the restaurant and the food was absolutely great and very tasty. The staff and owner there are very friendly and helpful. I just regret that I couldn't stay there longer.

All the doors (castle shop, beer-garden, entrance etc.) were closed. We had an Austrian phone number to call for somebody. We liked the person who appeared after a few minutes to give us all the information and keys we needed. Tea and coffee in te huge well-designed apartments were great.

I booked a double room and I didn't know where exactly it would be... Finally, we had a whole apartment for us only and we could choose our room.
The house was beautiful and very spacious with balconies, beautiful view and only short walk from the main house (host's home) or short distance from the town centre and train station.
The house was clean, old school style - it was a nice experience. I would stay again, for sure.
The check in was easy and check out as well.
