Beautiful property, the hostess was amazing and so friendly , simple but delicious continental breakfast of homemade incredible muesli, banana bread, muffins, coffees, juices, there was also fruit but it was gone by the time we turned up so replen on this could have been nice. Rooms are on the smaller side as it is and older converted house but still done beautifully loved the breakout spaces and zen vibe upstairs for the accommodation even though downstairs there was a great vibe restaurant and bar area. Friday night but the restaurant was still done by 10pm so it didn’t impact sound or sleep - just a delightful vibe! The sunset across the road was just magical

Located in Palm Beach, Barrenjoey features accommodation with a TV and a kitchenette. There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. Pittwater is 3.6 km from the apartment.
The house was not as it appeared in the photos at all.
The house was not as it appeared in the photos at all. Photos were from 15 years ago, the owner had used the photos of when previous owners had sold the property. We found the photos on a realestate website. There was no ceiling fans, just 2 portable small fans, no air conditioning. The house had not been cleaned in months, dead insects and cob webs in window frames, mould on window sill, windows dirty, coffee stains running down surface of garbage bin in kitchen, BBQ old, dirty and rusted out. Access to house dangerous and gardens overgrown and rotting leaves at front door. A promise to give us a 25% refund that was never met. I have wasted so much time trying to get our money back from Sascha. I’ve stayed /booked with Booking.com on several occasions but am now telling friends of my experience as don’t think I’ll ever book through you again unless something is done about this. I want a refund, we paid $540+ a night and were totally ripped off. We had no alternative as checked in at 3pm and now know we would never have gotten our money back.
