Beaumaris is in a nice area next to the beach. I have lived in Black Rock next to Beaumaris. As I was on a business trip I did not concern my self with the holidays aspect of Beaumaris. Beaumaris is rather isolated from good shopping areas. Beaumaris Bay Motel is old with inadequate parking onsite and on the street parking. It is isolated from good shopping and eating facilities. It is a small quiet suburb with all of the amenities you need for a quick getaway. There are cafes, eateries and the cliff walk and beaches on either side in Mentone and Blackrock offer something for everyone.

The beach here is beautiful and the atmosphere is very peaceful. A great place to get away. Do not stay at the Bay Motel though - even though the staff are friendly, the room was very unclean and in great need of an upgrade.

This motel is well located in Beaumauris. It is close to bayside walks and also shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The motel itself could do with a facelift and replacement of some if it’s fittings but it was clean, the room was spacious, the staff welcoming and the price reasonable.
