When we put selection in for 3 adults and child of 16 years, we expect all properties that came out in the search to meet this criteria. But Booking.com stuff up and showed us a property for 3 adults and a child of six years old. We didn't see that critical detail and we had to pay for another room as the hotel was not willing to let us stay sine our child is 16 years old, and not 6.

The kids and I stayed overnight as we were heading to the airport early the next morning. Accommodation was fine and staff were friendly. I didn't see much around within a short strolls walk but a 10 minute drive got us to Broadmeadows central shopping centre. On the other side of the building (off the restaurant/pub) there's an indoor playground which was perfect for my young ones. The room was a bit too cramped. The hot water took a really long time to come through. To the point where I didn't know if I was going to be able to have a shower. Eventually (after being in the shower several minutes) it did warm up but it still wasn't hot hot.KatieAustralia

Complimentary simple breakfast in the room offered. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were very clean. Not very noisy either despite position close to main road and the airport.
