What an amazing 'tiny' slice of paradise. Blown away by the location of this accommodation, quite literally right Infront of the beach, 30 second walk to the water. Amenities are easy access, able to do laundry onsite.
Amazing restaurant at sister hotel "Seahorse Inn" food was delicious, alongside the beach front views outside the alfresco. Bar & restraunt staff very friendly, and can make a great cocktail.
Accommodation it's self was very clean, tidy and homely. Beds and pillows where very comfortable too.
BBQ and outside seating area included, blissful space for lunch or morning coffee listening to the beach waves.
Located 5 minutes' walk from the Lake Curalo boardwalk and 15 minutes' walk from Aslings Beach, Eden Motel boasts a heated indoor pool, fitness centre and a guest laundry.

The person whom I met as I checked in was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions.
We had a room which looked out to see which was a very pleasant surprise.
Everything worked once I was reminded to put the key in the slot.
Great location being walking distance into the centre of town.
It was very quirky in a pleasant way.

Eden is charming and historic.
Eden is charming and historic. Good adjacent beach, some nice walks. It is very hilly, which makes for nice views but is a bit challenging to get around if you have old legs. Brilliant fish ‘n chips at the van at the wharf. Very friendly and helpful people.

Edan is a very friendly place to stay without having the hype regarding snobbery. Very down to earth and has a lot to offer in a most entertainment, sporting, family orientated town Most people will find great options in accommodation that will fit all types of budgets. I believe Edan is the hidden gem of the NSW Coastline but too many people overlook it in return for all the other so called cool and trendy options with unrealistic expectations.

This place is completely run down, everything old and worn out. Prices are high, our room was crawling with ants and the dust and cobwebs were built up for some time. Do not stay here! Period. It’s a pity as Eden is a gem of a town

Despite its ugly whaling history and forestry Eden is is a lovely place and at the other end of the nature scale from urban jungles. We spotted Skippy, Joey, Wally, lots of parrots and sea eagles, possums on the roof at night as well as a metre long goanna near Ben Boyd's 'lighthouse'.
Eden's main beach is a the stuff of postcards.
Townsfolk have done a great job with the whaling museum and most of needs were met by local retailers.
For those into creative expression, Eden's jetty / port with its tug boats provides some great material.

The Whale watching cruise is worth the money and the Whale Museum is worth a visit as well.
The meals at the Great Southern hotel were fantastic. So many places around Eden to spend time and also the other closer towns
The hotel staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The ambiance and decor of the whole hotel was gorgeous and our room was beautiful with Juliet balcony with a water view.
The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels, robes and toiletries.
The extra touches of Nespresso coffee maker, complimentary water and soft drinks and little packets of chips were appreciated.
The breakfast was delicious too!
We had trouble, thinking the code sent on booking.com was for the KeyLock. No check your email for the KeyLock code. Kevin was very quick at calling us back after leaving a message.
Location is great, have front view of the beach and privacy from the street with hedge bushy trees. Table and chairs are provided out front, great for smokers. Photos accurately represent the unit and the lovely sites to visit in Eden and surrounds. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
I've booked the beachfront villa and it's perfect. The view is stunning. We arrived a little late but the hotel notified and guided us in advance so everything is fine. The room is quite old but still very clean. Everything works just fine. At first, we were shocked that they don't have a heater in a bedroom but then we discovered the bed warmer which works perfectly for a cold night. The kitchen is well equipped.
Whales fisher hotel is a nice place to be. The lady in charge of it is grateful sympathetic and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Eden and especially at this location. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.
Eden is plenty of attractive places in the city itself and in the surrounding. We would have like to stay longer.
Great location with excellent sea Views. In the main shopping and dining strip of Eden, and walking distance to the pub. Diane the owner takes all the credit for being such a great host and very bubly for her age. Keep it up Diane. I asked her why her name was not Diana and she said that she did not want to compete. 👌😘
Loved the location, motel rooms lovely clean and comfortable.
Pet friendly such a bonus.
Motel staff excellent.
We have stayed several times and keep going back.
Great food especially out at Boyd town.
Nice shops up town.
Lovely old hotel. Room was great; clean, comfortable & warm (it was late autumn). Loved the shower.
Staff were friendly. Close to many restaurants & pubs. Some good walks from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Ashley provided excellent customer service at the check in desk at reception. She was knowledgeable about Eden and answered all of my questions. The holiday park was very quiet and the beachfront location was fantastic.
Room was larger than expected and private and beautifully appointed. Our dinner and cocktails at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Location was perfect for our half way point along drive from Melbourne to Sydney.
It was good that you allowed our dog in the Pet Friendly unit.
We hadn't travelled with her before but the experience was really good.
The villa was in a quiet spot at the back with just the sound of the ocean
Good sized room with good internet, had king size bed which was nice. Free parking just outside room. Across the street is large grocery store and eateries. Beautiful beach at Eden within short walk.
Reflections is in a great spot right opposite the best beach in Eden. Good value but spend a little extra for the better cabins. Great morning walk on the board walk around the lake. Lovely.
Cabin was very tidy. plenty of space in the main bedroom with a large spa onsuite.
the second room was smaller with 2 double bunks and the onsuite.
Kitchen was good. pet friendly
well located caravan park - nice pool with sitting area nearby - clean spacious comfy cabin with everything we needed - spa bath was great - 2 sofas were appreciated
