The location is rather convenient, with a big IGA supermarket just down the street, and with quite a number of eateries and cafes around. Getting around was quite easy with a car. Driving down to main central area of Port Macquarie takes only 15mins.
The owners were friendly and helpful during my stay, coming over to have a chat about the Ironman Event that was going on over the weekend.

Breakfast was very good. The space was generous. Bathroom well laid out and good. Decor was thoughtful and lovely. Gardens were a delight. The birds were a real treat!
The hosts were respectful of privacy but I felt they were available if needed.
Wauchope area is beautiful countryside to explore.
