When checking in was given the wrong room that was booked. ( spa room with double and single bed) instead a bath/shower with a double bed and bunk.
The next room give them filthy. The bathroom needs a deep clean the staff member at the front said it was her 2nd day and had no idea about the rooms overall so disappointed I'd prefer a refund.

Unfortunately as we had a 7am flight we were unable to use your shuttle service or enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
However, we did enjoy diner at the hotel restaurant.

I needed a sleep from midday until 7pm. Normally check in is later, but they got me a room straight away. This place is made for sleeping. No windows, quiet, every little convenience, including ear plugs! Can't say enough about this hotel. The price was excellent. The staff very accommodating.
