Customer service was great. Location amazing. Massive letdown with the hot tub was extremely dirty. we spent over an hour cleaning all the stuff that appeared when the jets came on.. 😑 I really didn't want to go in after all that a bit of a letdown as I was really looking forward to a hot tub 😑.. I don't usually complain.. it was pretty bad.. As I'm a business owner for a cleaning company..

Pretty bad wifi in room 7. Wasn’t able to connect in the room and tv was unable to be watched because of continual static. Other than that; easy check in and out. Clean. Tidy.
