Outrigger Burleigh, hotel in Gold Coast

Just 2 minutes’ walk from North Burleigh Beach, Outrigger Burleigh offers affordable accommodation with free WiFi and free car parking.

Great location, 100m from the nearest patrolled beach and North Burleigh Surf Lifesaving Club. Friendly, helpful and efficient hosts and staff. Spotlessly clean. We had a ‘family’ room with two adults and three teenagers sharing together. Enough space with a sliding door straight out to the pool area. Great pool and spa. Excellent parking in the basement. Bonus was a microwave in the room. Although you couldn’t cook, heating a microwave meal from Coles (100m away) was a good budget meal for the night, between meals out. Hosts also provided dishwashing liquid and cloths. Laundry in the basement at a cost of $5 per load to wash and $5 per load to dry.

excellent location, tram service is great and always on time, staff are friendly and helpful, price was reasonable for 7 nights. Lots of cafe options along the beach front serving excellent meals with awesome staff and service.' The Lazy Lobster in Main Beach is a must if you like Seafood Chowder-the best ever my number 1 pick on the menu, however the rest of the menu is just as perfect as well. The Birdcage in Main Beach is another restaurant, a little bit pricy but it was all worth it.

Great beaches and coastal walkways and some super restauants and cafes. Its a busy location, fairly intense in comparison to say the Med, which might be an unfair comparison, or even Noosa on the sunshine coast which is quieter. For me its too traffic oriented and spread out, the amount of traffic is heavy and for me spoiled the relaxation experience. There are some great places to eat along the coast but a lot are spoiled, in my opinion, by the 4 lane very busy Gold Coast Highway being in close proximity. The tram, once completed could make a big difference. In my opinion the whole thing is too linear and stretched out, so for many locations, necessitating having a car, which for me isn't a holiday.

    I loved the Gold Coast!

I loved the Gold Coast! We were in Broadbeach, which had a relaxed vibe, great restaurants, each to access grocery, and great beaches! It was beautiful with a lot of options: hang out on the beach, check out a wildlife sanctuary, or schedule an excursion like snorkeling or surfing. So much fun.

The apartment was exceptional with new and modern gadgets. The bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and laundry were all exceptional and comfortable for my family. Ben is an awesome host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Will definitely be staying at Narrowneck Court on our next visit to Gold Coast. My family and I loved everything about the stay! From the apartment itself to the owners Michael and his partner! They were really friendly and helpful. Even helped us to book the tickets to the theme parks and transport. They also gave a lot of tips and advises on the places to visit. Really glad that we booked the apartment too as they even offered us an extra night so that we won't have to move to a hotel on our last night. Really loved the experience and will definitely be back the next time we visit Gold Coast!

The location is good, very close to Gold Coast Airport (3-5 mins' drive). Easy to get to the downtown and all the other attraction sites. Brad, the manager, is super friendly and helpful. He provides a lot of valuable suggestions on where to go and what needs to be aware of in advance to our little adventures. Besides, the two kitties (Bila and Vista) provide additional fun to our family's stay. The two brothers are a good combination of shy and outgoing.
