Mother’s Day weekend and we were so looking forward to a lovely dinner in Joseph’s restaurant for our stay at Werribee Mansion! My-oh-my, it was anything but!
Frances T’eo listened to my explanation regarding our appalling dining experience, and the pool safety concerns I had, and was genuinely concerned, thank you, Frances.
More than anything, I hope the poor communication between staff and whatever issues they were experiencing is addressed for the dining experience of all future customers.
